Jim’s workshops always challenge me to look at my approach from an outside perspective to examine how I can improve.  This professional development has made me more mindful of my approach to relationships well beyond athletic competition.   As always, working with him has started a conversation for items that we will have to figure out on our own, but we have him for support. I am confident that we will find the answers we so desperately need for positive change.
